Transfer Credit
General Information on transferring credits to UD:
The University of Dayton welcomes students from a wide variety of educational backgrounds and recognizes the academic work they have completed before enrolling. Transfer credit may be awarded for college coursework completed at accredited colleges and universities, including dual enrollment programs such as College Credit Plus and similar programs through which students earn college credit while enrolled in high school. Coursework completed at institutions outside the United States may also be considered for transfer credit when completed at an institution recognized by the appropriate governmental authority in the country where the institution is located.
Students may also earn University of Dayton credit through approved examination programs, departmental examinations, and other recognized forms of prior learning.
